Gender: Female/Male
Year of Study: Any undergraduate student
Field of Study: Preference given to: Marketing, Public Relations, or Telecommunications related field
School of Study: Full Time Student at an accredited university, college, or technical school

Rural Telephone/Nex-Tech 2010 Scholarship Application
Award Information
Three scholarships will be awarded to Rural Telephone applicants, and three scholarships will be awarded to Nex-Tech applicants.
1st Place - $1,500
2nd Place - $1,000
3rd Place - $500
Scholarships are awarded on a one-time, non-renewable basis, and recipients must enroll as full-time college students.
Application Deadline: January 29, 2010, 5:00 P.M.
Scholarship Eligibility
Rural Telephone Eligibility
High school seniors residing within Rural Telephone’s service area and whose parent(s) or legal guardian(s) subscribes to one or more communication services (local telephone, long distance, cable TV, or Internet) are eligible to apply.
Nex-Tech Eligibility
High school seniors residing in the following communities and surrounding areas: Almena, Great Bend, Hays, Hoxie, Norton, Phillipsburg, Plainville, Smith Center or Stockton and whose parent(s) or legal guardian(s) subscribes to one or more communication services (local telephone, long distance, cable TV, or Internet) are eligible to apply.
